I am a Business Executive, Operating Partner and Business Operations Consultant with a deep passion for process, process flow, process re-engineering/ optimisation, and data.
I help founders and leadership teams turn ambitious businesses into better-run, more scalable and commercially effective organisations by examining how work actually flows through a business — from strategy and people to systems, technology, data and execution.
My approach is simple: understand the business, map the process, identify the friction, redesign the flow and build systems that make better execution repeatable.
My experience spans fintech, startups, banking, consulting, e-commerce and business analytics, including C-Suite leadership in fintech operations. I have worked across customer and merchant operations, payments, settlements, partnerships, product execution, reporting, administration and growth initiatives. I also bring a strong analytical perspective to process improvement, using Excel, SQL, Power BI and Tableau to understand performance, uncover patterns and turn operational data into actionable insight.
With 9+ years in banking and financial services, 6+ years in consulting and business advisory, and experience building and operating businesses, I bring together strategic thinking, operational discipline, analytical rigour and hands-on execution.
I am particularly interested in working with startups, fintechs, growing companies and founder-led businesses that have reached the point where informal ways of working are no longer enough, and need better processes, clearer accountability, stronger operating systems and a more scalable way of doing business.
